​A monthly group to create your own Sound Bath based on the theme of the month. We work with the instruments to tune in and find the Sound of our own system.

Unburdened Empath Group

​

A group for highly sensitive individuals/Empathic individuals to learn how their Energy system works, is impacted by others, and how to work with it. We work with the Narcissistic Empath dynamic, Intuition development, Energetic discernment, clarity and purpose, boundaries and more.

I am an Level 1 IFS Practitioner trained through the IFS Institute, Certified Mental Health Coach, Reiki Master, Advanced Craniosacral Practitioner and Sound Healer and I do hold a valid license in Massage Therapy but no longer accept clients for massage.
