Creative Connections

We focus on different issues- and develop and expand on tools to form a connection with the different parts of our systems.

We use creative expression, art and mixed media, journaling, movement, Sound healing, aromatherapy, meditation, energy work, mindfulness techniques, games, and so much to explore our parts with curiosity and find compassion and appreciation for the job they do and help them hear it.

The goal is to create more space inside to listen and respond for these parts instead of reacting to them so we have more clarity, feel more calm, and have confidence  in our own ability to create the life we want and allow all parts of us to be present while we do it.
