FUN: A GROUP TO BRING JOY TO YOUR LIFE

 

A monthly group to focus on fun and finding new connections, strengthen existing ones, and explore new activities. Each month the price and location will vary but the fun and connection is guaranteed to increase. Playfulness, curiosity, creativity, and connection fuel are connection to world within and around us- and this group is all about it.

Reiki Share

​

A space to practice skills, develop confidence, and build a community of supportive people growing in their own journey with using Reiki. Please bring your own table if possible (I have a couple but cannot guarantee one will be available), and anything else that makes you comfortable. Respect for people's beliefs and practice is important to keep this a safe space.

​​​​​​​For my safety and for my clients I schedule all appointments in-person or over the phone and manually preauthorize all of my phone consultations appointments.  You can request a time, but until you receive a confirmation from me, your appointment is pending.

I am an Level 1 IFS Practitioner trained through the IFS Institute, Certified Mental Health Coach, Reiki Master, Advanced Craniosacral Practitioner and Sound Healer and I do hold a valid license in Massage Therapy but no longer accept clients for massage.
